This is only applicable if the OP is planning to rent a condo directly from an owner. Otherwise, none of this applies to the more common scenario of someone renting an apartment in a rental building.

I used to own a small condo in town that did both hot water and heat (standard baseboard radiators) from a single hot water heater. It was a nifty little system. The heat was just controlled by a recirculation pump connected to the thermostat. Meanwhile on the hot water side, there was a mixing valve with a temperature-sensitive element that would blend in cold water to prevent scalding.
This meant we could turn the water heater up to its max setting for the purpose of more powerful heating but still get safe water out the tap.
Is this how your place is set up (aside from it not being baseboard)?

It indirectly affects OP, and rent prices in general. Property tax, electricity and gas rates, HOA fees, insurance, etc., all contribute to the rent price. There's a strict minimum and the lower this is the better for OP. HOA is one premium that fluctuates significantly building to building.

You may not be cognizant as a renter, but landlords or owners have to adjust their prices accordingly or there'll be no incentive to offer rent at that price. A difference in HOA, for example, can get him $200 lower and he would have a piece of mind knowing where that cut came from in his expectations.

I believe plaintiff is claiming that the owners misrepresented their intentions with the space to both the seller and the mortgage company. I don't believe they are solely relying on Fulop's text to prove this.
I'm not too concerned about that aspect so I'm not going to argue it's merit except to point out that you're wrong. It just seems a little reachy after calling it fake.

I think this whole business stinks and they were foolish to push ahead with it.

Only unique place left that comes to mind is Nicole's. There used to be so many more diverse cheap eats joints. I really miss the Polish places on Grove, and the Chinese place where Grand Szechuan is that had a lunch steam table.
