I've seen billboards advertising licenses for sale. I really don't know the ins and outs of the current restrictions, but the number I keep seeing as the norm is $400k.
If this actually happens, I think we could see an awesome expansion of NJ restaurants

Yes…it replaces the old casino in the park.

I walk home through there at all sorts of ungodly hours. It’s fine. Seems silly to pay top-dollar to be in a luxury building there though, there isn’t much to do. Why not go downtown

Perfectly safe, very cheap rent, not much to do and it’s a bit far from JSQ but I like it a lot.

It’s literally right over the bridge over 1/9, in the same park as this

Literally in the same park as this building, it’s just over the bridge in Lincoln Park West. Skyway golf course

They shoot at people and then crash into your parked car in the wee hours of the morning... and get away, of course. Damned alligators.

Love venti and Little Sandwich Shop, and taqueria downtown a block away also is pretty affordable - couple tacos won't run you too much, and you can even still get a flauta plate or enchiladas <$12

That area has gotten a lot better over the years. If your walking home from the path after work (6-8 PM) you should be ok since there are a lot of people walking around at that time. There is also a college down the block. If you are really concerned about your safety (or don't feel like walking) you can always catch a bus from JSQ. I would not recommend walking alone late at night, but that goes for most cities.

The roof deck will be a part of the event space available to rent. I'm looking forward to it opening!

Am I crazy? I would never park directly on a drainage system.
OP, ya done goofed and I'm not sure you have a ton of recourse. Take tons of photos, pull up all your documents, and go to your property manager and start the conversation. Or, call your insurance company and ask them these questions. You don't have to "file a claim" in order to get the answers. They can advise you on what the right option might be. If the damage to the vehicle is more than your deductible, then yes it's absolutely worth getting them involved.

You got mugged then, and should have reported it to police.
Using fear to extract valuables is exactly what mugging is.

If it’s off the drive way in the street weather it’s an entrance or not it’s still part of the public road. Property lines usually stop at the sidewalk just a heads up

You can take 139 Upper level to JFK Blvd and the ramp that goes to the circle is for the right lane
