I am aware that climate change is happening. I am aware that nee England has the fastest changing climate. It's called looking on the bright side.
Sorry, I enjoy not having to clear my driveway.

Sorry, but you're an idiot for saying this. You might be intelligent enough in other aspects of life, but not this.

The entire world's ecology is based around appropriate seasonal temperatures. It hit 40 C (104 F) in England last summer, a temp which was considered theoretically impossible. Northern CA just got hit with so much rain 20 people died. Forty-five people died in the surprise Buffalo blizzard last month. The Great Salt Lake is at 63% normal surface area, and 20 million migratory birds rely on it for breeding and eating.
Early spring-like temps--instead of Winter temps--are convenient for you softies, but these horrifically abnormal temps are going to disrupt the lives of insects (and the birds that feed on them), plants budding, hibernation cycles, etc.

Reply to Despite the geographic similarities, and their proximity to eachother, New York was never considered a part of New England. Why was this historically? What sets NY, especially Upstate (with scenic views, small towns) apart from NE? by Commercial-Life-9998
New York and New England are also geographically-divided, by the Berkshire Mountains and the Taconic Mountains, both of which are part of the Appalachians, which means the mountains are primarily oriented north-south and have only a few valleys joining the different ridges, which makes travel difficult. Cumberland Gap became famous for a reason

All I know is, I can tell when I pass from New England to New York by the change in aesthetics of the roads and the towns. New England is quainter.

Also there was that war between (then newly created English) New York and Vermont.

Fun Fact: The original Charter for the City of New York is in Dutch.

Because it was controlled by the Dutch, not English. Same reason Louisiana has all those French names for towns and streets. Because it was controlled by the French.

Even old New York was once New Amsterdam… it’s right there in the bridge to the song. Also, it’s the actual reason… the Dutch owned that area by charter until they didn’t. I think some of Vermont too?

Saying “it doesn’t start until February🥴” negates decades of reality. Anyone can see that. You must be from FL or something
Weird little projection there by the way with your money issues, sorry it’s not working out for you the way you’d like
