Come on :) cannabis will not trip you out like mushrooms… light trippy effects…now you can have a bad experience with cannabis… it is not in the same universe as a bad experience with mushrooms. Especially with someone who does not know a thing or 2 about them… it’s a much more powerful drug, and in the right setting is awsome, but in a wrong setting not so much…. I’m not saying I did once a week all the time, but if I had a bag of shrooms yeah I’d do a few once a week… but honest last time was like 30 years ago, those were different days before wife kids etc….

I've only been called for jury duty once and it was when I was living in Westboro. I received the notice after moving to NH. That was back in the 1980s. I've never been called since then and I think that it highly likely that I could get it waived if I did get called due to a disability. That is unless I could do it remotely. From 2018 through 2022, after all rebates I spent roughly $11K doing three separate zones in my condo which previously used electric resistance baseboards for heating. I chose to do separates rather than one giant unit outside powering three indoor headunits because the separates can throttle down lower. Plus, if one requires maintenance or dies completely I don't lose heat for my entire unit. So there's redundancy.

If you do decide to get minisplits installed see if the town you live in participates in "municipal aggregation". This is the process by which a municipality purchases electricity in bulk from a competitive supplier on behalf of the residents and businesses within the community.

If this is not possible you can also sign up through a third party supplier like Constellation to lock in your supply rate.

If you are lucky enough to live in a town that has it's own electric company you're all set as you are paying half the rate as someone who has National Grid or Eversource.

Oh it wasn't clear from your narrative that there is also a house on the lot and you're specifically worried about the land vs structure part of the assessment.

As long as the total value of the assessment is in the ballpark % of market value as your neighbors you don't have any shot of changing this. The assessor may just leave the land values at some minimum for years since the house is on that land and the breakdown between the two isn't relevant you your taxes.

Magic mushrooms are more healthful and safer than alcohol. It's absolutely ridiculous that they were ever made illegal.

Second, cannabis can also lead to bad experiences and "overdosing" (i.e. taking more than necessary to produce the desired effect, resulting in undesired effects, but not toxicity)

Third, doing mushrooms more than once a week is a bad idea anyway. It's really more of a once-a-month max type of deal and twice a year is fine even for most experienced users.
