You know i dont disgree with you. However there has been so much gun violence in the past month, police are still abusing their power, politicans are doing minimal effort, and it’s all about money in this stupid capitalist economy. This shooting happened way too close to home. I hate that i feel scared to go in public. So i stand by my comment, america is fucking crazy.

If you have a condensing gas furnace, I would not replace it until it reaches the end of it's life. They're fairly efficient. MassSave is doing a good job but with the increasing price of energy I wouldn't want to be locked in until things settle down. Oil I would switch in a heartbeat. I have heard at a convention that restrictions will increase for commercial usage at some point.

I agree. I'm a similar age as you. Northampton feels more like a city now and definitely lost some charm. For covid they had Strong ave blocked off, i thought that was a great idea and hoped it would be permanent. Didn't the bags for the sidewalk sales used to come in the newspaper? I hope there will be something I remember when I can afford to buy a house there in about 40 more years.

If you call Northampton 'Hamp' instead of 'Noho' you might be getting old. =)
