I don't expect you're looking for a conversation but I do wonder how it is that you expect incidents/deaths that were prevented from happening due to the existence of laws be accounted for. How can you account for something that never happened?

It seems more like you're noticing that laws don't prevent all crimes. "Do laws against murder prevent murder? Well how come we still have murders?"

Why do you think this news article about something that happened at a hotel is relevant to it as a housing complex? Yeah the motel 6 was trash, but renovated into studios? You go from people there to save a buck, do drugs, or spend time with a SW are quite different than people at home....IMHO. What am I missing?

Mission Beach House in Revere or Mission on the Bay in Swampscott. Good views. I liked the menu in Swampscott a bit pricy but if you are willing to spend not bad. The one in Revere is on like the 3rd or 4th floor so your view is not disrupted by people walking by since it’s not right on the beach.
