Could be very expensive, as I’m sure you can imagine. Might also be difficult (not impossible) for the person to get the first hand data they need from other sources such as police, insurance investigators, etc, without a legal case and judicial involvement. FOIA requests of police records is an option though could take time. Good luck. Again, I’m sorry this is even something you have to feel concerned about.

That must have been a terrible and frightening experience. Can I ask your motivation for reconstructing the accident? Closure? Curiosity? Concern over potential legal liability? If potential legal liability, hire a lawyer. They, if they know his area of the law, will know who to hire to reconstruct the accident.

If you end up only part time, you’ll likely still qualify for Masshealth or a connector plan. Masshealth is better than most employer offered plans.
And low income on a connector plan can cost as low as $40/month

Yep. One of those awesome “constitutional rights” similar to the right to own an arsenal of assault weapons.

The Cumby's closer to me has gone completely into the shitter, it's basically a health hazard at this point.

It's all one application. But yes, they are separate entities. Masshealth is Medicaid and the Health Connector is the Marketplace for private insurance plans.

It's based on the year, so if you earned money in January you'll put that in. You can also put in that you have no income that current month if that's the case

North shore and I just need some job I can do in the evening that hopefully offers health insurance. The pay doesn’t really matter. I was going to start looking at front desk jobs at health clubs.
