Learner's permit holders may drive when accompanied by an driver who is licensed, who is at least 21 years of age, who has at least one year of driving experience, and who is occupying a seat beside the driver.

There are no restrictions for additional passengers to my knowledge.

I believe you may be thinking of a Junior Operators License, which prohibits recently licensed drivers from having passengers in some circumstances.

This breaks my heart. Mental health is health and the world needs to understand that and support those in need. I hope this persons family and loved ones find strength during this awful time. No one should feel like this.. Just 8 days ago something similar happened in Methuen - we need support and love and change ✨🤍

Agreed, so many ships I wish were preserved, USS Enterprise, HMS Warspite, a four stacker destroyer and a standard type battleship. Some of the cool unique stuff from the polish destroyers or the Australian scrap iron flotilla. Japanese cruisers are interesting, the pazershif (not sure on the spelling) pocket battleships, there's just so many cool ships from the battleship era

Could be, from the reporting:

Under federal law, natural gas is sold in a competitive market. The Massachusetts gas distribution companies are required to purchase gas on their customers' behalf at the market price and pass that cost on to their customers without profit to the companies. The DPU requires all gas distribution companies to revise their gas supply rates, known as the cost of gas adjustment factor, or "GAF", whenever the companies will materially over- or under-collect costs from customers. Due to declining natural gas prices in the competitive market, the companies will decrease their GAF for gas consumed between Feb. 1, 2023, and April 30, 2023.

Depending on the utility, this is actually a 10-15% gas supply rate reduction. 5% drop in total bill expected. Like electricity, distribution charges are often higher than production charges, and these will not go down.

You are welcome to your opinion, of course, but I experienced years ago, pulling out a dark, unusually large wallet, and for a moment the cop mistook it for a weapon. It was a very scary experience, and I am lucky I was not shot.

That said a cellular phone is a lot bigger than a wallet. And I have no intentions of playing with fate.
