These are likely generally known names, but a few friends and family have used both of these guys for wrongful death and inheritance stuff.

Morgan and Morgan is definitely good.

Ludovino Gardini is good, but I don’t have personal experience.

On the Western Mass side, I would use my lawyer above all these guys, Dan Kelly, but I understand wanting to keep it local. Another friend also said Michael Levin (Sturbridge, I believe)

These guys appear to be Creme de le crop for Boston and mediation law, but neither myself or my ‘colleagues’ have used them.

David Hoffman

John Fitch

I could write a book about cases they’ve won close to me, but that’s anecdotal evidence at its best. I suggest reading up on case outcomes on these guys and stuff to make the best decision for yourself. From what my practicing family is telling me, inheritance/mediation law is usually tricky and you’ll need someone decent if you’ve been pushed out by a husband/wife of the deceased.

Edit; I just noticed you said uncle but the sentiment is the same.

>Out of curiosity, do you keep track of where your assets come from? I believe that if these individuals can prove where the assets arrived from, they’d be released if it was legitimately earned.

The burden should always be on the state to prove a crime was committed, and that the money were earned through its commission, not the other way around. You know, like, by holding a trial and presenting evidence that proves their guilt of a crime, and that that money is connected to it.

The bar for civil asset forfeiture should be "not fucking ever."

No criminal conviction = cops can go pound sand. The burden to prove where the money came from should always be on the state. Taking people's shit because it's suspected to come from drugs when the person has not been found guilty of any related crimes to connect the dots isn't enough.

It's worth looking into if they they could file an amended return for a previous year including such forms, but I'm not a tax expert; I just do my best to stay on top of my own stuff, which so far has been about actual independent consulting rather than needing to push back about an ordinary job mischaracterized as a contracting relationship - which is to say I know those forms exist but hope to never be filing them.

I go to a small local pharmacy that is connected to Health Mart. I never have any problems at all. I was sick of CVS running out of meds, giving the wrong amounts, saying prescriptions were ready and they were not when I got there.

I have no idea what virtual checking is, other than maybe holding the bottle up with pills to a screen and being checked by a pharmacist somewhere else?

Politicians need to stop being allowed to fill their pockets by big pharma and the insurance companies so those in the medical field can do their job the way they were trained. They cut so many corners, it is unsafe for everyone.

I switched to Amazon pharmacy because all the local pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, etc) are all a dumpster fire right now. Poor pay, not enough techs, everyone is overworked. It’s just a recipe for disaster.

Bonus if you are a prime member, they give you discounts of meds, some months I actually pay less as a prime member than I would with my insurance copay.
