Yes it was a baseboard radiator. It was completely our fault. We run our wood stove whenever we are home. So Friday night-Saturday I was running the stove. The pipe that burst was on the other side of the house from the wood stove. The room the wood stove was in was 75 or so, but the heat doesn't make it to that room. Basically I was attempting to save $10 or whatever in oil and ended up costing myself $1500 in repairs. Next time it gets that cold I'm just going to let the oil run.

No me and my ex weren’t really of the saving philosophy but would rather enjoy the days we know we are going to be living, young, and healthy. So we traveled a lot. I’ve been to just about every state and 8 countries. We smoked and drank a lot along with a lot of other party favors, and we liked an expensive dinner every now and then.

Living like that off of two 60k a year salaries in Boston and you really aren’t ever going to save money. You could live like a hermit, eat ramen and maybe save 1k , I’ve lived like this since and it was not that hard for me, but definitely would be hard for my ex. Never ever move into a house that is heated with oil too. So fucking expensive

When my mom was fighting cancer, she was taking antibiotics while going through chemo. Effing CVS, put a completely wrong medication in the bottle labeled as antibiotic. They gave her heart burn medicine instead. Thank god I realized something wasn’t right as soon as we opened it at home. And no, they didn’t apologize and acted like we tampered with it.

Democratic legislators have had a supermajority in both houses since before Romney. Since before 2000.

They don't go around attribuing anthing to Republicans.

ROMNEY, in his last year in office had 100% of his grandstanding budget vetoes overturned in his last year in office.

You are beating up a straw man.

Probably depends where you are. My super small rural town doesn’t really care. Had the police officer/vol. fire fighter tell us that if we are burning brush out of season and there’s a complaint, they’ll come and tell us to put it out; if they have to come back and put it out themselves, then you’re in trouble. But no one complains out here so *shrug *

It's a matter of getting legal advice and being damned sure they get out right. While it seems obvious that it should be taxable, they have clearly identified at least one potential legal reason why it could be that it might not be taxable, so they want to be sure. Fixing that later will be extremely costly if they get this wrong.
