Reply to Pre-School teacher at a public school keeps disciplining out son for saying "oh my god" by new_Australis
Preschool teacher here, the way your sons teacher is going about it sounds wrong but for me I have to be wary of my students teaching each other potentially rude phrases. Like, one kids parents might be totally cool with their kids saying "what the heck," "oh my God," "shut up," or using a lot of potty humor at home, and other parents might be upset by that. (Not to mention saying poop at the lunch table is a sure fire way for a table of 3 year olds to be so overcome with laughter that they can barely be redirected back to their lunch. Actually someone saying poop anytime outside of the bathroom is a good way to lose all control and management of the class lol)
So it's on me to explain that saying "what the heck," or "oh my God," or talking about poop while eating might be okay at home, but isn't polite at school.

It's a flaw with the computer system where standard option is name and date of birth to look up a profile. Phone number works too but techs forget that's an option.

There's a new feature they rolled out this year where you can access other stores in your district virtually from your store to help with data entry, insurance rejections, and verification.

Not sure if you voted for it back in the day, but people did. Just like the Obamacare stuff. I think now most people realize what a joke it was.

I sometimes say “Oh my no-god!” . My 3 yr old is bound to repeat that at preschool some day.

Ima be the minority and suggest going full Karen. It sounds like your child is being bullied for saying those words. They are not bad words, this teacher simply doesn’t like them. I’d raise hell 😅

The whole conversation is about a child saying something in school. The context is already specific. Did you read the original post?

>How many? The numbers must be very small.
There's 100 people in my office and at least 3 of them. That number is growing with rent prices. If high speed rail goes in along the CSX lines, it'll get far larger far faster.
>Either way, I don't get the E. MA/W. MA rivalry thing. I like both and there's no need for some weird tribalism between them IMO.
It started in the 1600s when Boston militia left 53% of western settlements to a slow death of rape, torture, and execution in the name of ethnic cleansing before taking all the credit (and profit) for what Captain Turner did. Then they screwed war vets out of their paychecks with insider trading and started a revolt by being such unbearable assholes nobody wanted to help. Then they sold Springfield out. Recently, Boston scrapped a few thousand jobs in Springfield on a whim, broke its promise to keep tolls off the last 4 exits of I-90 so Western residents could travel east to west at more than 25mph, and planned a high speed rail nobody out here wants to keep housing prices lower in Boston as a "solution" to the housing crisis there at the cost of the citizens they care least about. Like Enfield or Dana.
So probably 400 years of what can be described at absolute best as constant douchebaggery. It's what it takes to get a state highway named after Daniel Shays, destroyer of courthouses and co-founder of Vermont.

Oh yeah I know, but most people pharmacists only use it if they’re asked to by the DL. I guess that might’ve been the case, but if you see something in QV2 while you’re doing air support, you’re supposed to back out of it and move on.
