Totally can't be. Tbh tho, he was smoking it since he was 12. I think that did hinder him a ton. My father is definitely not a responsible parent.

Edit: my father directly gave the weed to my brother when he was 12. He was also taught how to smoke it and other shit at that time. Thank God I didn't live with my father.
