This is why health care is inherently incompatible with free market capitalism. I cannot choose to boycott a provider; rather, I am held hostage and forced to spend money at the provider's discretion. If I need a refill on a medication, and the provider forces me to come in for an in-person visit with an out-of-pocket cost prior to refilling it, there is no recourse. I can either pay the provider what they are forcing me to pay, or I can start over with a new provider and pay them more.

Right but if all it was, was just trouble concentrating, it wouldn't be a disability. It's faaaar more than that. Just leave it to the doctors unless they ask you for advice. Don't volunteer it.

Oh, I have some subreddits with nice videos of Latin-American and African people angry about stuff and blaming people they've found, they will show you in a very detailed way that the others are not made of robot stuff.

My grandfather caught me and my brother smoking a cigarette behind the garage when we were like 10 and 11... He said, "So you boys want to smoke? OK come with me." And he marched us up to the house and made us both smoke an entire cigar. I felt so sick after that that I never touched another tobacco product ever again.

Valuable lesson learned that day.
