Most people around me assume any pickup spots are just suggestions. They are always full and it’s annoying. They even moved them to the farthest spot of the parking lot and they still get utilized by people going in to shop. My thought is they assume there won’t be a lot of people parking by them or getting out of their cars so less chance for damage.
