IC/ICE, the german highspeed trains. It shows what seats are reserved between what stations. This way if the train starts in Cologne over Frankfurt to Munich, and a seat is reserved between Frankfurt and Munich you can sit down there between Cologne and Frankfurt but have to give up the seat to the person who reserved it
Antique_Change2805 t1_j280624 wrote
Thats your reservation, so other passengers can see that they can use the seat before they arrive at Amsterdam and after Köln
The_Primate t1_j2805np wrote
It's to show that your seat is reserved between those stops.
Previously these seats would.have had little ticket things put into a slot on the top of the seat.
Are these not standard though? Do American trains not have these? How are reserved seats identified without them?

Well no, the sand dollar is doomed once it gets washed to shore, they live in deeper water and only the dead/dying or soon to be are close to shore, at least in my limited SoCal sand dollar experience(and I’ve seen thousands here) there may be species elsewhere that are fine intertidally but the ones here form beds off shore in 8+ feet of water

Reply to comment by Jbj0815 in this tree looks like it has lemons and oranges by DBL_NDRSCR
You can do that with citricts as well. But it doesnt always work. My uncle tried once adding a lemon branch to an orange tree. Somehow the result was just that the whole tree started making bitter oranges. Plants are weird.

I remember when I moved out there in 2004 and I saw his picture in the DMV manual when I got my license.

It’s good for when you purchased raw goods but your flight isn’t leaving for a while or you want to shop more but you can’t carry more

They have these at some department stores as well. Good for when you don’t want to carry around lots of heavy frozen goods with you as you shop

These seats are reserved in-between Cologne and Amsterdam.
It is to avoid to conflicts about the seating
