I always toss coins (pocket change from purchases) into a big jar, but this time last year I thought it might be mildly interesting to see how much I found in a year's time, so I segregated the found money.
The two bills and most of the quarters were found as I passed through the parking deck at work.

I remember seeing one of those for the first time in like 3rd grade, and I spent the whole class thinking about how the hell out worked. I'm almost 40 now, and it still puzzles me.

The mildly interesting part is that the total was $15 even (plus one Swedish krona and one video game token).

I used to live up there, there's actually quite a few species of gulls you can find at that lake. Check page 5 of this guide:

No idea what ripped the crawdad's arm off, but you can def find gulls near ray roberts :)
