I recently rewatched both Whiplash and Walk The Line. Two excellent movies. I started pondering what movies are my favorite where music is a major plot point.
My top choice would be Almost Famous. It is the perfect movie about what it means to LOVE music as a teen.
After that there are several great films that came to mind. In addition to the two listed above,
