Hello World.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any movies or TV shows where the beginning starts as one genre and then over the course of the series or movie the ton shifts in clever ways and ends in another?
The example I have in mind is starting as a light hearted comedy and through creative and subtle redirections throughout the creation the tone completely shifts and by the end is a dark thriller.
A tangible example I am thinking of isn’t a movie, but it highlights the sort of concept I have in mind:
The part I am thinking of really begins around 30ish seconds in.
