Is it me, or is the dialog in recent movies about 50% faster than what would be natural? And it's not just the speed of the dialog, it's like the actors have memorized their lines so well that there is no longer even a pause between lines spoken between different characters and they're basically talking over eachother at the same time. I'm seeing this phenomenon in a lot of movies now, every Marvel and DC movie, and even Star Wars tv shows, comedies, dramas.
I blame David Fincher, and movies like "The Social Network" for starting the trend, and I wish it would stop cause it instantly takes me out of the movie.
