What replaced “straight to DVD” to describe B-rated movies? Seems like a lot of movies that went straight to streaming are actually really high quality.

Just watched Glass Onion and was puzzled why it had a limited theatrical run and now on Netflix. I thought about how people use to joke around saying “oh that movie should’ve went straight to DVD/VHS”. I’ve been surprised by the high quality of streaming content lately so I’m not sure saying something went “straight to streaming” captures that same sentiment. Is there a new phrase?
