Ummm gigli? Come the fuck on. He should’ve been more selective he just does anything which makes him a movie star and not a real actor.

Its not a horror or scary movie at all... its 'fear' is from suspense and weirdness.

i.e. you reject your previous position entirely and agree that the percentage difference is utterly uninformative.

Saw it twice, I think it’s Manny’s story and you get pieces of the folks around him. It shows the shit work (literally) that Hollywood can be and yet we love being part of the whole thing. It does seem disjointed but so is life/work in motion pictures.

Parenthood. None of the parents are perfect but they are all good.
Also (randomly) lethal weapon. The whole series features a great side story of a tight knit family.

Easily my favorite part of the movie, he gets some great one-liners about women, and killing those dudes who wandered into their camp is one of those ultra-pragmatic things you're always wishing a character would do in a thriller.

Watch the beginning again before Pinocchio leaves. They barely interact with each other and Geppetto definitely doesn't care about him at that point.

Dharma from Dharma and Greg. There is also a whole show I didn't watch much of called manic pixie dream wife about a guy who marries his manic pixie dream girl (which is basically Dharma and Greg).
It is all over the place.

Yeah, "Jews in Space" is the setup for the credits to appear like the Star Wars opening scroll.

You can't do it. The plot isn't about doing something to or for a person. It's about a person trying to quit his job and being waylaid in that ambition. I see some people haven't been as literal and that works:

I said it to my wife and I'll say it here: it is literally impossible to write a Pinocchio musical score now that Disney wrote "There Are No Strings On Me". That's it, that is the most succinct way of singing the concept of Pinocchio. Everything else is doomed to break the less is more rule.

No way. As much as I love History of Violence, Eastern Promises and Crimes of the Future, Cronenberg was at the peak of his powers in the ‘80s with The Fly, Videodrome, Dead Ringers and The Dead Zone.

Ya sure, the hit titles are all that's gonna be missed. Guess what? The hit Netflix shows are in both US and Canada. The ones that are not in both are older shows that have licensing issues in one of the countries. Those 149 titles that aren't in both are not the big shows that get constantly talked about on the internet as the hot new release you can't miss. If the hit titles are all that matters, that 149 number matters even less than I said before.
