MST3K has done three ET knockoffs now, "Pod People, "Mac & Me," and just this past year "Munchie."

I got to visit the Laika exhibit, which had lots of puppets from their movies, and the amount of detail is just insane. Stop motion is a crazy cool art form.

Passengers.
Had the script been flipped around and the movie started with Jennifer's awakening, it could've been a much more compelling film.

Reply to Is there a reason why no director redo a movie (based on a book) that have already failed in box office ? by Otherwise-Revenue-44
Studios are like superstitious gamblers. If it failed once, itâs obviously cursed. Avoid it at all costs. If it succeeded once it will be a winner forever (until it isnât). Rinse. Repeat.

I know itâs a guy in stilts but, if you ever go to Animal Kingdom at WDW, they have a guy that âexplainsâ what the suit does. That plus, all thatâs Pandora there is something to be seen first hand. I highly recommend it!

Yeah definitely felt the same watching it, not for kids- which I appreciated. The fairy thing was creepy. Tbf the original Disney one was terrifying as a kid.

Reading OPs replyâs to the comments is just fucking hilarious like imagine getting this feral over a throwaway like in a movie about what cigarettes someone smokes đđđ (edit: OP has got a burner account and is using it to defend themselves, this is truly unhinged behaviour)

Fan of the series.
I wouldnât necessarily say itâs pro-Russia propaganda. The most significant poke at Russia would be their nukes have no safety and two triggers. I think itâs more directed towards the Chinese stereotype of Russians.
In the first movie, it also depicted Russian astronauts bringing vodka into space station. Another stereotype.
Overall I think I can read the favored tone towards Russian tho. But I would probably just rule it to âpoke fun at themâ since to Chinese viewers this is also a ânew yearâ movie so some comedic stuff are included

I appreciate it, but thinking about it was eating at me and I had to try. :)
I found this story that covers several of the points.
I also read someplace that their goodbye kiss just before his fateful flight was more like siblings than lovers. As in, she turns her head to the side so he kisses her cheek instead of her lips.

This has to be a joke, right? I've seen LITERALLY NOTHING but praise for this movie, as well as the first one; and I'll NEVER understand why these movies get so much praise.
EDIT: Imagine downvoting me cuz I spoke the truth. đ
