Oprah Winfrey & Whoopi Goldberg - The Color Purple
It's true that Oprah never really pursued a full on acting career, but her debut got her an Oscar nomination & she was great in the role.
Same thing with Whoopi (who I wished would've just stayed an actress...she's more of a personality now)

DiCaprio is gonna go down in history as one of, if not the greatest actor of all time.
Literally can’t think of a picture he’s done I don’t like.
He just has a star quality, it’s intangible, you like watching him. He’s just interesting and natural on screen. he’s a star, it’s that simple.
Also, while brad Margot and Leo all gave great performances in once upon a time in Hollywood, Leo was by far my favorite character…loved every scene he was in, fantastic.
