I liked the movie a lot but I'm not gonna lie I feel like the ending would've been better if >!puss died fighting to the death with death, kitty softpaws wishes for one more life for puss, and death lets it slide(for now) because he was willing to face his fate like a man(cat)!<

Why? Have you seen how many 10s of billions streaming services have cost the studios?

I can see why Sony would only want upside instead of investing billions into another streaming service where 90% of the content consumers just steal the content.

idk i saw a phone recorded clip of not even the abduction scene but like two seconds of the beginning after that dude was screaming. it was unpleasant. but then i was still curious and saw another 1 second clip of the monster throwing it up on the house? but reading about the scene in detail online was enough to disturb me to no end… very glad i didn’t watch the whole thing. it sounded gross from what i heard but then also just reallllly thinking of being digested alive like that, along with the other details along with such a thing…..just…..nope

The wolf scared me as an adult, easily one of the most terrifying villains in a children's movie. He also stole the moment every time he was on screen.

I do not think that Peele’s movies require media literacy. They are on-the-nose type alegory movies.

Given that both my mother and mother in law saw it separately and learned that fact at the theater box office...probably? I haven't seen it as a big part of the marketing push.

Ok and if tickets cost more would they have sold as many?

No. I love 3D movies. Watch them whenever I get the chance. In fact, I think I am going to take the wife to go see the Titanic 3D rerelease tomorrow.

yes but that's like one movie in a few😅unlike around 2010 when almost everything had to be 3D. Even movies like Jackass..😅

Alan Rickman is absolutely the correct answer. Such confidence in his acting and performance, for as villainous a character as he plays it honestly doesn't come across as scenery chewing as it so very well could have.

They made less money because they chose to sell all the tickets at a discount. The BO for that film is artificially under-inflated.

Keke Palmer is annoying in this movie especially on rewatches but I like the movie, itself, more after rewatching it.

Pretty sure we did. I was grateful to see an adult animated film that didn’t rely solely on crass humour, though it did get some in there.

Apple has so much money, that I doubt any Apple TV losses even register. (I'm being facetious, sort of).
