Something the world needs more then anything is people being ok with not liking something without bashing and hating it. Everyone has an opinion on everything these days. I saw Puss and Boots with my daughter. Very mild movie for myself. The entire theater loved it. I don’t lay in bed wide awake worrying about maybe not getting it though. I don’t feel the need to run to the top of the mountain and scream “PIXAR SUCKS” I just don’t make time on my own to go see Pixar movies. THAT’S OK

Would be funny if someone had beef with QT so made up a dead corpse to look like him in the movie.

Like Michael Crichton naming all his villains after people he hated IRL.

It’s sooo old that its technical achievements are worse than passé, but the dark story and its critique of western publishing “imperialism” is more relevant than ever.

As is its existential commentary on the nature of wealth and the American Dream.

I thought it was worth watching just to see what everyone was talking about.

I am less enthused with the direction and blocking than some, but still think it’s a decent picture.
