Best NH Beach for fall walking?

I'm an hour or so inland, and I'd like to get some ocean viewing and walking in this weekend. I'm wondering what you all might think is the best NH beach for walking and exploring in the off-season, with kids. Finding shells or rocks, easy parking, etc. I imagine parking to be relatively easy this time of year, but thought I'd ask anyone who knows more about it than me.

I normally hit up Odiorne. I've never been to any other other NH beaches as I haven't lived here for more than a handful of years and we typically head up to Maine or down to Mass in the summers.

I avoid Hampton Beach like the plague in the summer, but in the fall and spring it's actually great for walking. Zero crowds and the folks that are there are chill.

The worst thing that'll happen is an off-leash dog will do some uninvited crotch sniffing.

Jenness and Rye are the best beaches in NH. Should be pretty clear for parking now that it’s dropped a good bit temp wise.

North Beach in Hampton is great for walking. Just park along the wall anywhere. Seabrook beach is also great if you can find parking

Honestly it’s worth the short trek over the border to go to York in ME!

Honestly there's like 3. You can walk all of them in one day. We don't exactly have the coast of California to choose from.

So you've definitely met my border collie. Probably the smartest dog in the planet but greets my buddies by dive-bombing their crotch. They've learned the 'lift the knee' trick, now, so it's all's cool.

Best beach in NH is Seapoint Beach in Kittery, ME.
