I would take it down, leave a note and put it behind the shed for awhile. If you don’t hear from anyone consider it yours to do as you please. I had one up on a neighboring property and someone stole the bottom section of latter where my contact info was engraved 🤦🏻‍♂️

Thai 9 is my go-to. It’s relatively affordable and really hits the spot after a day of skiing or hiking. Plus, I hate all the crowds in Lincoln, so I can just call ahead and get takeout without waiting.

Is it the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to? Nah. But it’s above average, and definitely the best I’ve found in a ski town.

What's your source for this, please? The most essential right in common law land ownership is exclusivity i.e., the right to evict others.

Jimmy Seas in Lincoln is fantastic. El Charro is our good stand-by… the food isn’t AMAZING but it’s not bad and we can usually get a table when everything else is slammed (came in clutch on Columbus Day Weekend!) Pemi Public House is good, and we LOVE the burgers and the staff at Merlands! If you wanna get out of town a little bit, Rek-lis in Bethlehem is good, Iron Furnace Brewing in Franconia is a cute spot, and I love Schilling and Littleton Freehouse Taproom in Littleton too!

I strongly feel that Woodstock Station is overrated 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 the food has never really stood out to me, and it’s always too hard to get into.

A tree stand abandoned on your property is now your property. That said if your land isn’t posted then the hunter has done nothing wrong. All land in NH is public land open for all public activities unless posted otherwise.

I’d leave a note on the stand for them to contact you, they may not even know they crossed a boundary.

I wouldn't, personally. I'd cut down the tree. If it's your property, why would you need permission to take their tree stand down?

Stories like this are why abortions need to be legal.

Nobody clutching their pearls in here actually gives a shit about the baby. They just want their fundie justice porn and forget about the new orphan.

Yes.

It's your land.

Just take it and throw it in the trash. If they ask, just say you have no idea what they're talking about.
