Good luck and hope you find someone. I'd just say be patient with them and if they can't get to you right away just know they are all swamped right now. It's just the way it is at the moment

So long as we’re talking about land taxes accordingly, I’m all for this. I mean, if you own that much property and aren’t doing anything with it besides placing it in common use (I.e., tax relief), why not?

If you’re looking for family friendly, I’d stay away from Greenfield on summer weekends. It basically turns into Mass college party grounds.

Go to the UNH trail, Oliverian brook trailhead. There is about 2 feet of snow. The rain hammered,but under the crust is powder. Across the river the NAN is amazing. Swift is high, so park on bear notch Rd trailhead .. ski west, toward church pond... heavenly
