I’m curious if we find out the time between him being tased by one officer and being shot by the other. Because if it was simultaneous clearly both were not on the same page about the use of lethal force.

I'd go a step further and say that they shouldn't be buying anything (or accepting it from the feds) unless it will be auctioned to the public after a reasonable service life.

That's fine, but camping out on sidewalks isn't it. It makes no sense that people can be fined for leaving a trash bin on the curb too long but yet others can live there on the curb with no consequences.
People shouldn't have to worry about being mugged or stabbed by vagrants if they venture outside on foot.
