I think you may be able to take a defensive driving online course and have the ticket dismissed?

In Arizona, you have an option to pay the fine and you'll get the points, or you pay for traffic school - the points are dismissed. Is there not something similar in the Northeast?

Just pay it unless it’s really bad, really wrong, or you can’t afford the points. A couple points won’t hurt you, unless you’re consistently getting in trouble for speeding or other motor violations

Don Ramon or Los Primos in Merrimack are our favorites.

Why are you asking strangers on the internet for legal advice?
This is a place of judgment, not info.
Also... it looks like you're an out-of-state resident (MA?), so if that's true, have fun, and pray that the ticketing officer forgets to show up to court; you're case will be straight-up revenue generation.
Edit: u/BlackberryNo1537 blocking me isnt' going to help your cause. It's the same as jamming your head 12" deep into the sand and hoping things turn out fine.

Plead not guilty, go to court, present your argument as to why you aren’t guilty. If the judge agrees then you’re not guilty. If the judge disagrees, you pay the fine plus court fees.

Don't speed like a dummy.
If you already have a ticket or court date, get a lawyer if it matters that much.

El Tapatio is really good, might technically be Merrimack though. It’s off 101a. Probably my favorite in the southern NH area.
Manchester has Mi Jalisco which i’ve heard good things, place is always packed.
Frontera has awesome margaritas but I don’t like their food as much as other places.
Have you tried La Caretta? That’s a popular one but more of a chain it feels like. Food is consistent but I wouldn’t say the best.

The feds did a fantastic job scaring people from weed in the 40's & 50's huh?!

I just don't get it, liquor stores on state highways leading to MA. and Me. is ok but recreational weed in a state THAT IS SURROUNDED by states that offer weed (which is also going to prove to pay massive dividends to road and bridge repair from taxes)! Let's hope they don't beef up police stops for weed, the state would go broke and the courts would log jam!
I think NH not legalizing ASAP looks about as good as a speaker that took 15 votes to finally squirm his way into an oil painting in the Capitol !

Transition treatment is more akin to drug addiction treatment than elective like steroid use.
Both you can "just deal with" without dying but the mental strain results in stuff like overdose with drugs and increased risk of suicide for transitions.
Whether or not people on Reddit agree is irrelevant.

Agreed - I also LOVE Bellwether. If you end up close to Manchester. I always do my auto loans with them and I live way north.

As someone who worked in Manchester here's what I can tell you:
Avoid Bridge Street, Valley Street, and the New Horizons Shelter sidewalks if you don't want to get held up by Junkies (Personal experience ). Another thing to avoid is Market Basket on Welfare day which can be a mad house with everyone on line with multiple shopping carts.
And whatever you do avoid the West Side After 7pm.

I don’t gaf about weed, really not my thing. But I really don’t understand why people who are so enamored with it dont have a couple potted plants here and there.

The libertarians are more than willing to throw weed (or abortion) under the bus to get child labor back.
