It's probably a bad time to buy a home right now. Housing prices are really high and are just starting to fall.

I loved Dover when I lived there. Moved out about 4-5 years ago.

Look at the school rankings and pick any town around the good ones. Everywhere in NH is nice.

Idk if they go to new Boston but I used Hadden Fine Carpentry in Barrington for a drywall project once and they did a great job. Best drywall in my house.

I can't remember the cost but they were honest with their quote and broke it all down for me in an itemized list at the end.

It wasn't the cheapest quote I got and it wasn't the most expensive.

LOL, what a major drag! I had no idea those places flooded out so badly. However, with the acceleration of global warming since the 90's, I guess it doesn't surprise me. I'm sure the city building inspectors told them to shut down those units b/c you know Corporate America would have just kept renting them out...
