Exeter! (Or Stratham, Kensington, East Kingston, South Hampton). Exeter school district is good and the town is super cute. 20 minutes to Portsmouth and theres a train stop right in town to get down to Boston in just over an hour. Not a ton on the market, though. I'm from Kingston which is right nearby and while there are some nice homes and it is nicer than some abutting towns, it might only be something to consider if you want to maximize square footage and acreage. It's kind of rural in the sense that there isn't much of a downtown and the school is very okay.

Durham is nice but UNH kind of rules the town. Newmarket is coming up but very small school. Rye is gorgeous if you can afford it. Greenland is also a great option, right outside of Portsmouth.

I was there when it happened. Good ol’ MLK day skiin. Love to ski on holidays, Idk why lol. When you have the day off you might as well, you know? Anyway me and my friend got up real early to go, about 6:30. It was snowing when I got up and throughout the day. It was cloudy but when we got there the conditions were really good. Fresh powder on the first runs are the best.

But as the day went on the conditions got shitty. Like downright horrible. Probably the worst I’ve ever seen Gunstock. Not sure how it happened but it just got super bumpy. It was very hard to ski in and not for a beginner. I fell pretty bad and almost rolled an ankle. My friend also fell even though we’re both veteran skiers and never fall.

We kept on passing people who fell and seeing them wipe out while on the lift. We heard sirens as well but had no idea it was for someone there or something that serious. I read the article and it said she was on the derringer trail and she hit her head on a rock while losing control. Pretty scary stuff. If your ever in a situation where the conditions are that bad just ski off to the side - no moguls or bumps there.

I'd sell when you can. We had horrible neighbors with thin walls and 2 young kids. They never left the house and their kids were constantly running around like animals. Not the kid's fault that the parents just didn't give a shit about them or their lives, but still...they also threw shit in the yard constantly, hung shit out their windows, and had a monster AC half hanging out their window ready to take someone else.

Complained about them more times than I can count but nothing ever changed. They were renters that finally moved out but we were close to selling because they were a nightmare to deal with being loud af at all hours.

Good luck hope you can figure something out.
