The first line of rsa 72:62 says it must be adopted by the muni. Which many have not.

Oh interesting. Looked into it a bit more and found this: https://www.revenue.nh.gov/mun-prop/property/equalization-2021/documents/solar-exemption-report.pdf
One does have to apply, so I guess they could be denied.

Edit: Looking more closely, Manchester has 0 exemptions, which seems suspiciously low.

Last I knew this isn't necessarily true. Municipalities have the option not to tax solar panels but some still do.

NH has a rebate fund that usually depletes and gets funded again later in the year. It's only up to $1k as far as I know. I was approved in November but no payouts yet..

Did you know black and brown communities in NH see much HIGHER than national average in arrest rates. Compared to their white/caucasian brothers and sisters. And the national average is already around 3 times the amount of whites/caucasian. We don’t just want cannabis, we want social equity, we want annulments to last records for those who cannot fucking vote, but are taxed by the government because they’re felons for cannabis. Sit down

The federal tax credit is pretty substantial at 30%. In New Hampshire, the value of the solar array is not counted towards your property tax (solar abatement). New Hampshire itself doesn't currently offer any rebates that I'm aware of.
You can also sell renewable energy credits (RECs) to the market as another source of income for your ROI.

Both sides pull this shit from time to time. Dems only passed it cause they know it won't get past the governor. It's their way of saving face in the voters eyes. And Republicans pull tue same shit when Dems have have control.

Really going to depend on the site and the situations behind the trees. You're going to have to call someone.
My neighbor got quoted for 5K for a single tree leaning over some electric lines. It would have required a crane and other junk. He rightly decided to let the tree fall when it falls.

Hmm. You should mention that during that week the baby was in foster care, the foster parents totaled their car with that newborn that shouldnt have been there in the first place in it.. and then the division lied about the accident for.. well for many years. But you know it happened right?
