They probably won't. At best, they won't charge you. But they also won't chip the brush, do anything with the stumps, or regrade what they tear up up with their equipment. Mills don't like yard trees and pine isn't worthwhile for firewood. Processing firewood is also labor intensive so there's not a lot of profit to be had if they have to pay to take down the wood. Even finding people (particularly insured and bonded companies) who will drop the trees for the value of the wood is a difficult prospect depending on what area of the state you live in.

Maybe I’ll give them a call

Just had a logger take 16 truck loads of trees and now have ALOT of sun.

When I lived out west for a year I used sun run and had no complaints

I just used freedom Forever Solar. They have very low financing rates (payment is a 1/4 of my electric bill), and warranty the installation for the live of the financing up to (25 years). They also guarantee the electrical production and pay the difference if the system falls short.

They entire process has ben easy and painless. They also help with the federal subsidy.

I searched the punishment for the first charge she was convicted of, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building. This is from the top search result…

The penalty for violating 40 U.S.C. §5104(e)(1) is a felony conviction punishable by a fine or up to five years in prison, or both.

My hope for every one of these traitors is the most severe punishment allowable by US Law but unfortunately they always get off light.

Born and raised in this State, as well as a huge familial and property connection to VT. This State literally disgusts me. I am embarrassed when I have to claim it as my own. Leaving can't happen soon enough.

Well said!

“mobile” and “manufactured/modular“ homes are build to different building codes. Like you said a “mobile” home is shipped on a steel frame but never comes off that frame once to its destination, it just has skirting to cover the frame.

Modular/manufactured homes are built to the same standards as stick built homes using the IRC building codes. The factory’s actually have inspections that could t as the inspection done in the field. They are built exactly the same as a home done in the field, just in sections, within a factory and then pieced together in the field.

Mobile homes are built to HUD standards and are no where as rugged as a regular home.

There are a lot of misnomers around modular construction, it’s literally built just like a home in the field, just with a roof over it the entire time and then pieced together at the job side in a few days.

I bet most people would be surprised at how complex of a home can be done as a modular. Also, I am starting to see more modular used in Multifamily construction (apartments/mixed used const)
