No one was charged with treason or insurrection. A small number had charges of "sedition conspiracy", very few were found guilty of that. You can count them on two hands. I'd have to dig deeper, but I wouldn't be surprised if those were plea deals rather than the government actually proving it.

For the vast majority of the people that the FBI spent a fortune trying to find, it was relatively minor stuff. They didn't even try to burn the building down, unlike the "mostly peaceful" protests that had plagued the country. It's pretty hard to see the witch hunt as anything other than political persecution.

Eversource does not generate electricity. Every 6 months Eversource puts out for bids. One time I contracted with another supplier for 12 months and 6 months in Eversource had a better rate and I was stuck at the higher rate or pay a penalty to end the contract. BTW when you contract with another supplier you still pay Eversource for delivery which is currently about 1/3 of the bill. You do not have to buy electricity from Eversource, but you do have to pay them to deliver it.

Again, the issue is that the OP was suggesting that because this woman wasn't charged with something like battery or seditious conspiracy that calling the events of the day an "insurrection" was invalid. There's plenty of evidence and charges showing that it was, but you're clinging to the big-brain idea that if this one person wasn't charged as such, or not all where, it wasn't an insurrection. Keep moving those goalposts around, I'm sure you'll stumble into coherence eventually.

Jesus Christ, repeat conservative talking points much? If you think this is a partisan issue, you are very much mistaken. This is bipartisan corruption at work, thanks to the glorious hold of Capitalism on our lives/the world. Widen your view a bit, maybe you'll see that the wealthy class of people manipulate our emotions and turn us against one another.

Or just keep on believing it's red vs. blue or whatever, all you're doing is hurting yourself, your family, and your neighbors by prescribing to such narrow-minded bullshit.

Big Bean uses real syrup too, and all their breads are made on-site, from scratch.

Anyplace that's open only a few months a year may be fantastic, but I wouldn't bother telling people about it. Raising hopes only to find CLOSED on the door is disheartening. Big Bean is open year-round and is consistently excellent.

Their menu is extensive and every single thing is delicious. Most places with huge menus are just re-heating frozen food. The Bean makes everything with whole fresh foods, daily.

Disclosure: a member of my family supported herself during college by working there.

I rented in my early 20s for about 7 years. First was a sublet from a friend, then he got back together with his wife so then a sublet from a guy he knew. Then a roomshare agreement. And then into corporate rentals where you did the annual rent dance. And you had to be prepared to move. But the economy was in the dumps back then and it was easier to negotiate. Then we bought our home after the housing market crashed.

I don't know what you can do with a relative supply shortage and corporations squeezing households other than change the laws on ownership.

For most things I would agree with you but for these traitors I say lock them up and forget about them. Every single person who gained unauthorized access to the Capitol building that day should at least get years in prison. Even the ones that turn snitch.

Also, people who are easily misled are the most dangerous people there are.
