Yes, micro inverters as well from Enphase. I talked with 11 different companies, both regional and national, before deciding. I went with Sun Dial Solar. It was a good experience and I would recommend them. My runner-up was 603 Solar.

Please don 't do that. AirBnB's are the reason the housing markets sucks. Get a post office box. Use the street address from the post office as your own address. It's not that hard to fake having a "residence".

This is, unfortunately, all too common. We see it in our town of less than 5k. The biggest reason it’s allowed to get to this point is due to an overwhelmed foster care/social worker system - there’s nowhere to put these kids. And when children grow up in this environment they come with a unique set of issues, too, which makes it that much harder to find good homes for them. It’s heartbreaking.

Was pretty surprised about the housing situation in NH. Was offered a job there but damn are the prices wild but I guess that’s where they get the income/sales tax back.

Getting taxed on a rental seems about the only option as I cant establish residency with a long term hotel stay, although I wish I could. Maybe I’ll find a Airbnb that will work with me a bit as I wouldn’t be there full time, I would be gone on the weekends they could still rent them out? Bummer about the hotel as it’s ideal for both parties, I fill it during the week and then they get premium on the weekends. I’m contributing to the NH economy and at 9%, can I at least get a rental address while I figure out buying/building lmao.

The only person acting like a lunatic here is you, Mr Angry Young Man. Your fantasizing and "story telling" say more about you than they do about anybody else.

Just another aggro, angry sociopath, like half the people I've known from Manchester. What is it about Manchester, anyways? The nice people are really nice, but the other half are over the top wacky, like you.

Do you know the chick that works the Dunks at the gas station where you go to get your coffee every morning doesn’t actually give a flaming fuck about what crazy thing you saw on the TV last night? She’s just too polite to tell you that you’re an insignificant, boring, stupid, purposeless old man desperate for any human connection (likely because any actual relatives have long since cut off contact). I pity you.

The greater irony is you reporting me to Reddit as someone “in crisis”. The actual crisis is when someone like yourself, who is so out of touch with reality, is going to take a hockey bag, load it up with some of the many, many guns you own, and head out to “teach some people a lesson”.
