If you have the right of way, take it… cautiously

Based on your hobbies/likes, you're moving to the right place! Check out Bear Brook for biking.

People in NH strongly value their privacy and tend to keep to themselves more than in other places. We aren’t trying to be rude we’re just living our life and letting you live yours. We don’t tend to reach out to the government for help and pride ourselves on taking care of things as locally as possible.

You want to move to the sea coast in April and don’t already have a place lined up? Gotta respect the confidence

I hope you learn how to write complete sentences and how to use punctuation.

The safest thing you can do as a driver is to be predictable. But I’d say if this is op’s biggest gripe, they’re in a much better place, hopefully they can leave the Florida in Florida. Just relax and enjoy the slower pace

Thank you for the article. I have had that picture for a long while and often wondered about the man and his story.

Yes it’s a great picture, if it wasn’t for the car it could easily be from the 1800s.
Here’s an article I found about Mr. Southwick from shortly after he did. He also had a segment on NH Chronicle about his egg deliveries.

You may be correct. I deliberately left what I think is the farmer in the picture. The wagon and horse alone were worth the shot but with the colt alongside it became precious.

I mean it’s definitely worth it if you can afford it. Plenty of brews and jams in that area, you’ll have to travel a little bit more for skiing and stuff though.

Yes! My favorite is when there is two lanes each way, and they’re waving you out as people pull around them so you couldn’t pull out if you wanted too…then they get upset that you are not going.

I'm not sure about the coast, but for much of NH April is black fly season, so buy mosquito nets and wide brimmed hats. They are not there if it rains or is breezy, they don't come in the house and they disappear at night. When they are present it can be infuriating; not so much the bites as they swarm in your face. By May they are gone, mostly. Be prepared.
