It’s true they don’t drop as much. They still drop enough to be significant. Nitrogen filled tires drop pressure by 1.9% for every 10F drop in temperature. A tire filled to 35PSI at 90F will be down almost 7PSI at the -10F temps we will see on Saturday. If you’ve only noticed a 1-2PSI change over temp, you’re either not driving it during wide temp fluctuations or are not paying attention.

I would have someone trap it if you can't shoot it. You really don't want them hanging around your house. They will eat anything wood, including your house. They like to eat the tops of trees where it's tender and will girdle the top, killing it. Also the risk of it meeting up with someones dog. Wildlife is cool, just not always in your backyard.

I agree. Good catch! I would be interested in hearing what DOE or DHHS would have to say about that gap. It is likely they will both default to well, traditionally X covers it as it is attached to the school.

My view is that is wrong and it should be codified in our statutes.

Unfortunately there are gaps and competing laws throughout all the states as legislators add and remove stuff piecemeal. I would love to see an initiative, both local and federal, to review what is on our books. Even if it takes five years-review a few sections a week to identify conflicts, while using the last week of the month to piece together fixes. Have a couple special sessions from the legislative bodies to bless off on them before final approval.
