NH is currently one of the most unaffordable states to live in. A 2 bedroom apartment might be more “affordable” (jokes because even that’s outrageous now). But houses are rented for 3000+ and people fight tooth and nail for rentals.

Not a chance. The capital cost on that last study was $200M. Fares wouldn't cover the operating expense and the state would be on the hook for $6M in outright subsidy. That doesn't include debt service.
On that basis, in terms of 'short' or 'long' term, 'cheap' doesn't get anywhere near the conversation.

I don't understand your argument. The reason I don't understand it is just because it's still illegal federally, what is stopping New Hampshire from actually implementing it? the federal government has said it will not go after businesses and users in other states that allow marijuana. why do we have to wait until the federal government does Is it a principle thing?

OP: I live in Oklahoma. (The flattest fucking place in North America with very predictable weather. ) Is it safe for me to hike in NH (one of the muddiest, rocky places in N America with variable weather conditions) in May?
My answer: be fucking careful because some people fuck up this equation and die. ( few people a year.)

The housing market is crazy here. Most 2 bedroom apartments around Merrimack will be close to $2000 a month, houses will be more.

Reply to It's increasingly economical to install large solar facilities in states that don't get as much sun, like NH; DoE says it's competitive with "the cost of burning fuel in existing gas-fired generators." Use the $ you'd spend on a nat-gas plant's fuel to install a solar farm instead! by TurretLauncher
