What an egregious fucking oversight.

Both the ice cream establishment and the distributor of the ice cream should be shut down indefinitely until a thorough investigation is done.

And then, shutter one of the completely.

Edit: ok, my mistake. Upon further investigation, both places need to be shut the fuck down. You can’t serve drugs to your customers. Hard stop.

Edit: Sorry, folks. I’ve been muted by the napoleon like mod who calls himself a NH resident. Have a good day, shorty.

Welcome to the US where public transport outside major cities is either terrible or non-existent, unfortunately.

There are some car services in the area that sometimes share their rates on local Facebook groups. I think it’s usually about $150 from Logan to the seacoast area but may be worth it after a long flight with a lot of luggage. CJ Trailways bus as the others mentioned is probably your best option and they are really great.

[Electric vehicle battery](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electric_vehicle_battery#:~:text=Electric vehicle batteries differ from,of the vehicle and therefore)

>An electric vehicle battery (EVB, also known as a traction battery) is a rechargeable battery used to power the electric motors of a battery electric vehicle (BEV) or hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). Electric vehicle batteries differ from starting, lighting, and ignition (SLI) batteries, as they are typically lithium-ion batteries that are designed for high power-to-weight ratio, specific energy and energy density; smaller, lighter batteries are desirable because they reduce the weight of the vehicle and therefore improve its performance.

Haha. Charging 12V batteries is not an additional benefit. It's additional environmental destruction for no reason.

And again... 12V batteries aren't EV batteries. By definition.

EV charging is universally recognized as charging the EV battery. You don't get to invent your own language because you're too insecure to admit you're wrong.

I’ve lived here my whole life and I feel like the deer flies are more of a June thing? Black flies are definitely May though. If you get a breezier day while here, that’s the day to explore the woods. Those little annoying things can’t fly in a breeze.

The original comment referenced “additional benefits” available with parking canopies beyond what a typical solar installation provides: shelter from weather, and EV charging at remote locations.

You falsely alleged that EV charging would require “a bunch of [additional] infrastructure” beyond the parking canopies themselves, and I proved that you were wrong.

As to your arrogance and inability to comprehend, those are your own personal problems for you to work on.

My community has career criminals that know all the ins and outs of abusing the system. Lied and scammed their way through the application process and haven’t paid a cent for 18 months. I don’t want the struggling single parent of 3 kids to be on the street after being late one month (not that the bill is suggesting such) but they do have to find some middle ground

If their lease is up couldn't they raise their rent? Leases I have signed generally state a rate for a given period. Often both parties will choose to just continue past that, but in a high inflation environment you can't really expect that.

Landlords aren't the reason prices are high. Prices are high in part because more people want to be where there is less housing than will house that many people so they bid it up, and in part because of inflation. Both factors are in no small part influenced by the FED.

Housing is not a high margin industry (for most common housing). The cost of everything has been going up a lot. Labor, hardware, power, loans..... You don't want companies waiting until they need the money to try and get the money. That's what happened to SVB, and what will probably happen to a lot of companies in the next couple years. Especially ones with high debt. Can you think of an industry that involves holding a lot of debt?
