Mix in other soils not just compost. Straight compost in your raised beds doesn't work as well as you want.

Any way to see what they offer without signing up? I tried to check it out but it makes you create an account with all kinds of info before showing you what they offer.

Go to Littleton. Lincoln is overrated. Better shops and restaurants in Littleton. Check our Weeks State Park in Lancaster. Cool views. Check out Polish Princess - amazing bakery. Stop at Rek-lis in Bethlehem as well. Fun place.

Yes, they can raise the rent. However, the tenant has 30 days to 'decide' if they 'want' to stay and then another 30 days to vacate if that's what they choose.

Which is fair, depending on the increase. There is no limit in NH to how much a landlord can increase the rent, so this can be used as a method to evict a tenant who follows the rules but asks the landlord to make repairs and such.

If I had spelled balloon wrong then auto correct would re-spell it for me. For some reason when I spell balloon my auto correct thinks I am spelling the French word ballon. Which has nothing to do with public schools or you intense scrutiny of a post I typed out in a few seconds. Btw, up is spelled (up) not uppp.

White Mountain Cider Co. is great and located in Bartlett on 302. They close for a few weeks annually, so check the dates if you decide to go. But I mean, the entire area is riddled with big and small breweries, antique shops, gift shops, hikes, ect. What are you specifically looking to do? Small hikes by yourself? Or just sightseeing?
