There's landlords that rent exclusively to short-term nursing contract employees that come in for 3 months stints. If you look online, you should be able to find the connection to get into that world of short-term rentals without paying all the associated fees with an Airbnb.

I think that's actually a candle, not a sword. Really cool surger way.

I went to the First Settlers cemetery in Dover but all of the 17th century gravestones are no longer there. Had a handful of 18th century.

Completely understandable, I was 19 going on 20 when I first rented a room. The gentleman was very nice and stayed out of my way. But it definitely gave an eerie feeling living in a strangers home. Took me almost a year to get used to it and I rented with him for just over one. Do what makes you the most comfortable man. And like I said best of luck to you, sincerely, it's a tough economy out there.

Dang... that sword as the "1"... wonder what the "2" would be nowadays?! A snake perhaps?

yes I know, the well water at our home was tested in late 2020 for PFAS and was negative. There is a PFAS sampling map for around the contaminated area. Ours was not tested by the state, but you can get a test yourself (it’s expensive, and takes a long time). Furthermore, none of the houses closest to us that were tested by the state for PFAS were contaminated.
I’m not saying things can’t change, water flows but I also don’t trust bottled water, it sits in plastic and not actually that well regulated (including PFAS). Plus its wasteful. you do you, but unfortunately with the way things are, there isn’t a perfect solution.

Any of Michael Buckley's restaurants. Buckley's Great Steaks, any of the Surfs and of course his OG MTs Local Kitchen and Wine bar.

S and J in Merrimack. In the past two years, we’ve purchased a Honda CRV and Subaru Outback from them. Low-key sales, no BS. Both cars are great! Will definitely go there for car #3.

Our neighbor typically leaves their tree up until the end of February and their Christmas yard decor up until mid April.

Looks like she died soon after giving birth to her son, also named George, on 11/22/1682.
