It's literally cursed. About the best explanation I've been able to come up with to explain the conga line of setbacks, accidents, and disasters that have plagued it for the literal decades to took to build and couple years since it opened.

The dream mall is the equivalent of taking the GDP of a small nation, converting it all into cash, drenching the cash in lighter fluid and then burning it like you're the fucking Joker.

There are a few nice boutique stores though so it's not all bad.
