I was told by reddit that it's an employees market now, we'll never go back to offices, and we should tell our bosses that we won't even get out of bed unless they pay us double the tendies. Same with housing and landlords. Let's have a rent strike!

I think that new graduates will start filling some of these jobs once the bills become due. There is a steady stream of talent joining the workforce every year. I've worked remote for around 17 years and I think not having the face time at HQ has definitely held my career back at times.
