Actually my friends house in bridgewater has a nice woodsy area behind the backyard but that comes with its cons also (worrying about ticks when the kids play too close to that area). But yeah great neighborhood and schools.

So this one time I totally forgot I had jury duty and went to work like normal, At about 3 pm I said oh shit and called to say “I forgot to show up today” and the lady on the phone was super nice and just rescheduled it and said don’t miss it again.

So in my experience, you can miss it and own up to it and get it rescheduled without consequence, if they don’t help you out in advance.

Hopefully calling and letting them know will be enough though, I never had to go as a student

I don't know where you're going to escape the litter, but when I came back from a trip that involved me going through multiple areas of the rural southeast a few months back, one of the first things I noticed was how clean it is here for the most part. Especially people's yards for some reason
