Maybe it’s based on location? Mines set for Tom’s river and that’s the price

Do you have a link to the eggs? Showing up as $6.89 for me (18 count), which still isn't bad at all.

It's a very reddit opinion to just regurgitate that more housing is better and then walk away.
Right now is the most important time to save open space as once it's gone, it's gone forever.

Lives in Jersey for 13 years now. I feel the same. Not only do you save on transit, but also, you don’t have to drive. I do have an electric scooter which I ride from my house to the train station. From Iselin NJ, it takes me 1 her door to door. That’s crazy timing. While driving, I was once stuck in the holland tunnel for almost 90mins. I seriously believe that public transit are way better for commute. Also, I use the time to scroll. That’s what i am doing right now. PS. It’s cool until the train. The buses are crazy and are almost never on time. Trains are fun.👍

Iced coffee is the way. Good with breakfast, good with lunch.

The train takes you right to the airport. So anywhere along the northeast corridor or north Jersey Coastline should be considered. This way you don't have to actually drive and park at EWR

Hell yeah! Tired of suburbs where the train station is not even factored into their local hot spots

In Hunterdon County. Cash Only. By a river.
If you hate cities and busy life, this is the place for you. Feels like the 1960's.

High density housing near public transit can also help local retail. Even if those residents own a car, they are so slightly inconvenienced by taking it out of a parking garage that they might step outside and use nearby retail like a drug store, deli, or superette to take care of one-off errands.

This is at the top of your budget, but the 62 stops at your front door and the building is just 2 years old

About $150-170/week for me and my husband, both vegetarians, both working from home. We do tend to buy prepped or semi-prepped foods, which are a little more expensive, so sometimes we’re choosing to spend money instead of time.

I believe so, but you would have to read up a little on that. We don't really buy frozen fruits so not entirely sure.

northeast corridor train line stops at the airport, so you could look in any of the towns on that line and have an easy commute

I can’t believe I forgot the guy with the biggest role! And he was great in the role!
I’ve got to rewatch this weekend.

It's an official Warhammer store and it's pretty good! They do giveaways and events and the guy that runs it is nice. They do have funky hours so I usually check their Facebook page or call before I go to make sure they're open. Admittedly I usually only drop in to buy miniature painting supplies.
