I grew up in Summit and my mom still lives there so I’m in the neighborhood pretty regularly. Zappia’s pizza in Summit is pretty solid for NY style - Trattoria is a little fancier style but probably the best in the area, but as far as I recall they don’t deliver. There’s a new spot on Union Place called SQR or something like that and it’s also really good, but again, not classic NY style. Honestly can’t really go wrong with any pizza place in that area in my opinion, which spots have you already tried?

SO, I originally was feeding some really cute Juncos, Warblers, Nuthatches...Cardinals... you know the good birds. The hawks didn't seem to find them as everyone kept our location quiet. We thought we had a good thing. The squirrels were even in and kept it under wraps. THEN came the Starlings. Loud MFers who tore my shingles, wood, and siding off the garage. They ate all the food and chased everyone away but the wrens and finches. BUT apparently the local hawks and eagles got wind...because they are not quiet. So now they are being picked off one by one.

Costco sells a box of T-Shirt bags, which are same as old super market bags. 1000 for $18.00 . I use them for my cats litter as well as my dogs poop bags.

You can order plastic bags grocery bags on Amazon. I have too many cats to bother with the liter genie and the expense of the bags for it. You can also go to a dollar store and get the small sized garbage bags.

I can't speak to the quality of any tests but you should start with your towns test results and see what you might need to be more sensitive for. Check for standards and certs like NSF

For most things a simple carbon filter will be enough and under the sink or inline systems can be installed cheaply and easily without wasting resources where it's not needed.
