A week ago today I took my dog to a Vetco Animal Hospital in a Petco store. He got bloodwork, a fecal test, updated vaccines, meds for a bellyache, new heartworm and flea/tick meds, and A LOT of attention from the vet. I made it out of there for $300. I saw signs stating that they do x-rays, although I don't know how much they charge for them.

I was able to make the appointment online. I picked one that was a little further from my house than I would have liked, but I wanted him seen that day. The hospital was clean and ran smoothly, and the vet was kind and patient in explaining so much to me. I was very impressed.

That's pork roll territory I think. But yeah, It's NYC Metro, Raritan Bay. By sandy hook AKA Northern Jersey shore aka North Jersey Coast Rail line. AKA route 36 traffic sucks

I have no idea. The ticket I mentioned was years ago, before Zoom was even created (though the legal principles are still the same). Hopefully, someone else here can advise you, in that regard. And, of course, you can always try calling the local prosecutor's office before the court date.

Okay, I was born in NJ and lived here all my 67 years and don't know any better place. You live in Central Jersey. which does not exist, at the northern end of the shore where people who don't have Easy Path go when they don't have exact change for more tolls. The dividing lines are Rt. 78 and 195.

But to real NJ history buffs you live in East Jersey.

It is pronounced Cheese Quake. Now, go visit the Twin Lights and grab a THEC on the way home.

That arcade had Pengo, which I loved, and some kick-ass Pinball machines. I miss the old Lane Drugs and McCrory's that used to be there way back when and the Foodtown is gone now as well. I was the Courier for Foodtown at the time when they closed down. It was a great job and I miss it. Now there's a chicken joint, a restaurant called Tardi's which is pretty good, there's a DQ and a gym, and the Burger King is now a Joe's Bagels. Driftwood Deli is still across the street though and still very good. I recommend the number 22.

You aren't forced to use NJ EZPass. It gives you a small discount on the Turnpike/Parkway but only during off-hours. You might be better off getting EZPass from New York or another state.

New York EZPass lets you deduct tolls straight from your checking account. No deposit or replenishment amount. That's what I do.

Thanks for your reply. I’ll clarify with the family member that they actually handed over their driver’s license and weren’t impersonating me.

You mentioned that it should be easy to negotiate this minor ticket. What would I say; I didn’t do it, but I’d settle for a parking ticket? Or just show my clock-in at work that proves I was working, not driving?
