Found new roommates the next year, met girlfriend, moved in with girlfriend at 27. Married girlfriend at 32, bought house at 34. I'm 34 now, income 130k a year. Started at $35k a year out of college.

Owning home with wife is best in terms of life enjoyment. Second best was renting with wife followed by living with good roommates.

Be careful, recently I paid the lawyer to downgrade the ticket. What he did is made a barging where they would suspend 2 point ticket, but if I make any moving violation over the 5 year period I will automatically get 5 points plus whatever that new violation is.

Bastard screw me over royally.

My dude, I was going to let this go, but you should know this. You are crapping on someone's joy. Maybe they live in the middle of a busy city and never get to see lakes/woods/natural beauty?
