East Brunswick, Monroe, South Brunswick, North Brunswick, Montgomery, Somerset (Franklin) etc etc all have large municipal parks where kids soccer and lacrosse tournaments are held. I don’t know how you go about booking them but my kids go to events there for lacrosse where 6 or more games are going on at once.

Check local towns parks&rec sites on their webpages. It cost me like $150 to book a set of 4 fields for 6 hours a few years back. That's as a resident, covered under a rider on my homeowner's insurance.

Commercial use would have cost more, and required a different insurance.

Anywhere in NJ?? Pet Check Urgent Care. One in deptford Twp. One in Washington Twp. (Gloucester county)

I had to take my dog there two days before Christmas when she ate a sock. They did X-rays and it only costed $160 + a cheap exam fee. They’ve done blood work on my dog before too. If you make the hike, I’d call first to make sure they can do what you need.

You could not pay me to vote for a Republican after growing up seeing the Tea Party and then the afterbirth that was 2016 to today. A democrat is the most suit I will take, give me someone actually addressing labor issues and to the left of them and you’ll have a voter for life.

No decent person sees the GOP of the last thirty years and hitches themselves to it. I don’t care if that’s half of the voting population, it’s the lowest denomination of the whole population.

There's Adventure Aquarium and the Children's Garden [carousel, mini-train, butterfly garden and other stuff] in Camden, then take the Riverlink Ferry across the Delaware to Penn's Landing where you can tour a submarine, look at the outside of the tall ship Moshulu [it's currently a restaurant, no idea if your kid would like it], rent a kayak or paddleboat (the ones you row with your feet), and check out Spruce Street Harbor Park.

You should probably also spend a day at the shore, visit one of the boardwalks, get soft pretzels and water ice and boardwalk fries and a hoagie. There's the beach, but there's places you can rent boogieboards and skim boards if you want (not available everywhere, so check before you decide which beach to visit).

Regardless of what you all think of the post, i'm a liberal. I left NJ last year after 27 years because of the cost.

When i moved there in 1996, round trip train fare was $6.75 into the city, now its $21.50. So, how much is it gonna be in another 25 years? $$65!!??!!? NJ gas was cheap so they taxed that. You cannot get on a highway without paying. Lincoln Tunnel was $4 when i moved to NJ, Now its $17!!! More than quadrupled in 25 years.

NJ is a gigantic pharma state flooded with cash and yet, the people pay and pay and pay. I looked at the writing on the wall for the next 2 decades as i approach retirement age, how on earth will anyone be able to afford anything in NJ?

This isnt a Dem Republican problem, Both sides have run shit into the ground. I certainly wouldn't trust a Republican to fix things, and the NJ Dems haven't been any better on taxation.

Sorry Jersey, had to go, you priced me out.

You would be shocked what people order and how far away they order it from. I deliver on the weekends. One time I picked up a fountain soda (and nothing else) at a pizza place and had to drive it 10 miles. You read that correctly.

The staff was joking that they used to have a glitch where it was part of a combo deal and if you'd remove part of it, you'd still get everything at only the cost of the drink. They suppose the guy tried to do it and didn't realize it didn't work and he ended up with just a fountain drink.
